About W4S

We are a global network of women and men entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs who promote the values ​​of the Care Economy in their families, communities and organizations, generating positive impact and building a more inclusive and regenerative world.

We scale simple and effective solutions focused on the four (4) pillars of the Care Economy that include: 1. Caring for the environment; 2. The “care work” of people; 3. The importance of high-quality education from early childhood and constant training (re-skilling); and 4. transparency and metrics of people’s well-being and care of the planet.

We trust in the power of co-creation and collaboration with other organizations to advance the agenda of Gender Equality, Climate Action and the SDG.

Our mission

Women 4 Solutions is a global network of women and men entrepreneurs and intra-preneurs igniting Caring Economy values, generating positive impact in individuos/personas (?), communities and organizations across all sectors.

We promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Gender Equality (SDG 5), Climate Action (SDG 13) and Partnerships (SDG 17) to generate structural change through the Care Economy. We understand that these goals are interconnected and crucial for creating a sustainable future for all. We are committed to making a positive impact and working towards a more equitable and sustainable world.

W4S CERTIFICATIONS

Courses 30-hours long on women’s empowerment by providing best self-care practices, effective self-assessment/ conflict resolution tools focused on metrics available on Gender Parity, and corporate sustainability.

Serie Articles and Webinars: Organizations that are EXPONENTIALLY ADVANCING THE CARE ECONOMY: A series composed of webinars and in depth articles in which we explore the ways and their metrics in which different for-profit social and cultural organizations help advance the Care Economy and gender parity.

Spend time doing activities that nourish you, relax you, and make you feel fulfilled. Take care of yourself regularly to be in harmony with yourself and maintain your physical and mental well-being.

W4S WORKSHOPS

Seminars that develop people’s inner well-being, mentoring/mentee skills, as well as training for the environment’s regeneration.

Intensive courses of more than 10 hours focused on the empowerment of women and men. We teach simple and effective self-assessment practices and tools to achieve gender parity, personal and business purpose, corporate sustainability to consulting firms and conflict resolution techniques (NONFLICT, GRIT, WEP, BIA, Purpose).

Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG 5) aims to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. This involves eliminating all forms of gender-based discrimination and violence, ensuring equal participation in decision-making and promoting access to resources and services.

Goal 13 Climate Action

SDG 13 focuses on taking urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts. It seeks to strengthen the resilience of communities and promote awareness about the importance of climate action. This includes measures such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions,

Goal 17 Alliances to Achieve the Goals

SDG 17 refers to the need to strengthen global partnerships to achieve the other goals. This involves working together, sharing knowledge, technology and resources, and promoting cooperation between governments, civil society, the private sector and other actors.
