Join us to learn about Gender IDEAL, a new platform that helps workplaces evaluate their intersectional gender equity performance, using comparative data to recommend specific actions that enable organizations to make progress toward equity and equality. Gender IDEAL envisions a future of work that is Inclusive, Diverse, Equal in Access and Leadership (IDEAL) for all genders. This workshop will dive into the methodology used to develop the Gender IDEAL Assessment and how data are used to equip organizations to make targeted improvements in their internal operations. We will also discuss participation opportunities in a research pilot that Gender IDEAL is currently conducting.

Flory Wilson, Gender IDEAL.
Flory is the founder of Gender IDEAL, a non-profit focused on creating gender equitable workplaces. She spent 10 years at B Lab the non-profit behind the B Corp movement. As Director of B Lab’s Impact Management, she launched programs engaging businesses on impact measurement. Flory started at B Lab as the Director of Standards, developing the B Impact Assessment for companies seeking B Corp certification. From 2005 to 2010, Flory was a Senior International Economist at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation in Washington, D.C. She holds a M.A. in international relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and B.A. from Colgate University.
