Webinar – “Cities CAN B as an approach and innovation to ignite a culture of impact for place-based systems change”

In a new edition of #BWomenDialogues online, the videoconference “Cities Can B” was carried out by Delfina Zagarzazu. She is part of the Scotland CAN B and Edinburgh CAN B team.

Scotland CAN B (SCB) is the first nationwide programme of its kind combining a nation’s vision to become a leader in innovation and entrepreneurship with a global movement to drive business as a force for good. They engage businesses, intermediaries, educators, investors, policy makers, entrepreneurs on the journey to increasing awareness, understanding and management of impact. Inspired by B Lab’s Best for Cities – and joined by the new global initiative Cities CAN B they seek to widen know-how across cities and nations to foster systemic change – in line with the Scottish National Performance Framework and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Women entrepreneurs participated in this webinar. This cycle of videoconferences is organized by the B Women movement. A global network of women entrepreneurs that advocate for inclusive, regenerative and triple bottom-line economies that trust in the power of  partnerships and collaborate to advance gender equality and climate change agendas, three of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
