Marisa Zalabak, founder of Open Channel Culture, is a leader in adapting to change. She is a specialist in Organizational Culture with expertise across sectors in Leadership Development, Social-Emotional Intelligence, Multicultural Communication, Educational Psychology, Wellness, Arts, Creative Thinking, and Public Speaking. In addition to her professional work, Marisa’s role as a mother pushes her to transform our world by growing to meet challenges with curiosity, optimism, and joy. Her background includes education, business ownership in New York City, nonprofit development, restorative justice, and research. She is a contributing author to recently published ethical standard recommendations for the design Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems (AI/iS) regarding human well-being.
